Delivery information, returns and refunds

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours after payment.
Orders will be sent by standard, registered post. Delivery time will be approximately 3 days for manland Spain and 5 to 7 days for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe.
If you choose the courier option with payment on delivery, you will receive your order 24 hours after it is sent. (Mainland Spain only. Please consult us for courier delivery times to the Islands and rest of Europe.)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We guarantee the quality of our products. Let us know if you have a question or problem regarding your order.
Within 30 days of delivery of an order, you may return any item, for a full refund. We will also refund the shipping cost if a return is the result of our error.
Products must be unopened and in original condition when returned.
We will not accept returns of opened or used items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
