Ayurveda Kit

This kit contains everything you need to help protect you from colds and flu, as well as alleviate any symptoms.

The kit contains 2 products: ADRAKH NIBU and TULSI. Details below:

ADRAKH NIBU:

ADRAKH NIBU are small pieces of ginger and lemon to chew. An antioxidant, this product prevents and alleviates sore throats and colds.

Chew for a few minutes but do not swallow. Drink water afterwards. Adrakh Nibu can also be infused in hot water or tea. Take as many times as you wish throughout the day.

Adrakh Nibu also aids digestion.

TULSI:

TULSI is a variety of un basil that can help prevent and cure colds, coughs and congestion. Relieves allergy symptoms. Rich in antioxidants, it offers protection against fever and boosts defences. It can also help to reduce stress and anxiety levels.

Take half a teaspoon in hot water or tea, 2 or 3 times a day.
