Created more than 3000 years ago, the qualities of Chyawanprash are so many that it is considered to be one of the pillars of Ayurveda.
It’s main ingredient is Gooseberry (known as Amla in India), which is a valuable source of Vitamin C, as well as other medicinal plants and fruits. The ancient recipie offers multiple benefits.
Chyawanprash is a powerful antioxidant and cleanser and helps strengthen the immune system and increase the body’s defenses.
Instructions: Take a dessert spoonful every day. It can be taken on it’s own or mixed with warm milk. Chyawanprash can be taken every day.
Keep in a cool place. Do not refrigerate.
Children under the age of 14 should take half a spoonful. Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
