Swamiji invites you to join him at his first wellness retreat of 2025 in Galicia, Spain.
At this retreat, Swamiji will be presenting his training program:
REAL YOGA
Real Yoga by Swami Purohit does not require you to perform complicated poses, nor is it just a way of keeping fit.
Real Yoga is an ancient practice, designed to achieve optimal physical, mental and emotional development.
The true aims of yoga are:
– A light and flexible body
– A calm mind
– Control over emotions
– Action in relaxation
– A joyful state of consciousness
Swami Purohit is an expert in yoga and meditation, with over 49 years of experience, who has trained with some of the greatest yoguis. On this retreat, Swami will teach several sets of exercises that will allow you to experience these goals.
Over the 4 days of the retreat, you will learn how to use yoga according to your needs, be that insomnia, loss of muscle mass, joint pain, anxiety, lack of mental clarity, grief, lack of purpose… or any other issue.
Any physical, mental or emotional issue can be alleviated through a regular yoga practice.
Once learned, these techniques will become a resource that you can use throught your life, to care for, and improve, your wellbeing, growth and happiness.
Everyone is welcome!
This retreat may include some basic breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises.

No previous experience is needed. The exercises are apt for all ages and fitness levels. 

Please bring comfortable clothes and a yoga mat or similar.

COURSE DETAILS:

The retreat will begin at 5pm on Thursday 30th January 2025. We request that you arrive at 4pm to allow time for check in.

Sri Swami Purohit will give a welcome talk and the first session of the retreat before dinner is served, at 8.30pm.

On all other days the activities will start at 7am with a yoga session (no experience needed), before breakfast at 9am.

Sri Swami Purohit will continue his teachings from 12am to 2.30pm

Lunch will be served at 2.30pm and then students can enjoy some free time until 5pm, when teachings begin again until 8.30pm. There will also be a short break mid afternoon.

The retreat will finish after lunch on Sunday 2nd February.

The price includes full board accommodation (all meals are vegetarian and homemade) and all the activities with Sri Swami Purohit.
