Powder made from the root of the plant Withania somnífera. Known as the ‘Indian ginseng’ it is a great adaptogen and tonic that increases the body’s capacity to deal with stress. It balances the nervous system and is used to treat anxiety and depression.

Ashwagandha also regulates the immune system.

Instructions: Take 1 capsule with warm water or milk before going to bed. Take daily for 60 days and then rest for 2 months before taking again.
