Returns and Delivery Times

 

DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders will be shipped within a maximum period of 72 hours from the receipt of payment. Orders will be sent by certified standard post. Delivery time approximately 3 days on the peninsula and 5 to 7 days in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe. If you choose courier delivery and cash on delivery, the delivery time will be 24 hours from the shipping date.

RETURNS:
We guarantee the quality of our products. Please contact us in case of any query or problem with your order. You may return any product within a maximum period of 30 days from its delivery and we will give you a full refund of the amount paid. We will also refund the amount of the return shipping costs in the event that the return is due to a mistake on our part. The products must be unused and in their original condition for the return. We do not accept returns of opened or used products, nor when more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
