Access to this website is the sole responsibility of the users and implies that they know and accept the legal notices, conditions and terms of use contained herein.
The User is solely responsible for any claim or legal action, whether judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties, based on the use by the User of the Service.

The User undertakes to use the website and the Services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Specific Conditions of some Services and with morality, generally accepted good customs and public order.
The User shall refrain from using any of the Services for unlawful purposes or effects, prohibited in this Legal Notice, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the Services, computer equipment or the documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment (hacking) of ………., of other Users or of any Internet user (hardware and software). ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS.
ECONOMIC CONDITIONS.
The services offered on the Website have an associated final sale price, as well as, where applicable, any possible discounts to be applied.
The sale price is always shown in euros and includes VAT, as well as any other applicable tax, being those in force and legally applicable at that time.
In the event that SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS identifies an obvious error in the price, it will immediately inform the Customer, as well as publish the corresponding correction thereof through the Website and in the usual media, with the Customer having the option to reconfirm, through the “Profile” section, their purchase at the correct price or, failing that, cancel it.
SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice. However, in any case, the rates in force indicated on the Website at the time of the corresponding payment shall apply.
PAYMENT METHODS.
To proceed with payment, the Customer must follow all and each of the instructions shown during the electronic contracting process, described above.
All payment methods provided by SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS are subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entities of the payment method (card issuers and/or payment account issuers), but if such entity does not authorise the payment, the purchase procedure initiated cannot continue, the sale being automatically cancelled, and the sale of the requested service being understood as not carried out.
The charge for the price of the service, as well as any applicable taxes, will only be made at the time of formalising the purchase.
To carry out electronic payment, SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS has installed an e-commerce payment gateway provided by authorised banking entities. All data provided to SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS for these purposes is duly encrypted to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, being hosted on a secure server certified according to the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) protocol.
In no case will “the company” store the card data provided by Customers through the payment gateway, and it will only be kept while the purchase is being made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed, in order to be able to refund the corresponding amounts.
Likewise, the user can pay quickly and securely with their PayPal account, without sharing financial information with SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS. In case of selecting this payment method, the Customer will be redirected to the secure PayPal page, where they must enter their credentials and accept the charge. Once the payment is confirmed, the Customer will be returned to the SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS confirmation page, where they can confirm the status of the sale made.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE.
The User has the recognised right of withdrawal from the purchase made through the Website, and therefore, if not satisfied, may return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment of taking possession of the product or from the formalisation of the contract in the case of contracting service provision.

The refund will include the amount of the purchase. The refund will be made by the same payment method used to purchase the Product.
The refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated.
The supply of digital content (not provided on a material medium) when performance has already begun. The Customer expressly knows that once the digital download has begun, they will lose the right of withdrawal.
Any other good or service covered by art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
WARRANTIES.
When the purchased Product or Products present a lack of conformity for not matching the characteristics offered, present defects that prevent their normal use in accordance with their nature, or do not offer the benefits described, the Customer shall be entitled to the repair of the purchased item within a period of two years from the purchase and under the conditions and with the means of proof regulated in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, without prejudice to the powers of the Point of Sale to verify the truthfulness of the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance.
Likewise, the Customer has the right to the repair of the item in accordance with the rules of article 118 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. In any case, the regulations on the guarantee of sale of consumer goods established by the applicable legislation shall apply. If the product is defective, SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS will be responsible, whenever possible, for replacing the product, at no cost to the Customer. In the event that, for availability reasons, the product could not be replaced, a full refund of the purchase will be made.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES:
SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Service, nor its usefulness for carrying out any particular activity, nor its infallibility and quality.
SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity or quality of the operation of the service.
SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the presence of viruses or other elements in the content that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of the Users.
SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be caused by Users in the transmission, dissemination, storage, making available, reception, obtaining or access to the content and, in particular, although not exclusively, for damages that may be due to:
* failure to comply with the law, morality or generally accepted good customs or public order as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, making available, reception, obtaining or access to the content
* infringement of industrial or intellectual property rights, business secrets, contractual commitments of any kind, the rights to honour, personal and family privacy and the image of individuals, property rights and any other nature belonging to a third party as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, making available, reception, obtaining or access to the content.
* carrying out acts of unfair competition and unlawful advertising as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, making available, reception, obtaining or access to the content
* lack of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and/or timeliness of the content.
* impersonation of a third party by a User in any kind of communication made through the service.
* breach, delay in performance, defective performance or termination for any reason of the obligations entered into by third parties and contracts made with third parties through or on the occasion of access to the content.
* defects of all kinds in the content transmitted, disseminated, stored, made available or otherwise transmitted or made available, received, obtained or accessed through the services.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:
All the elements that make up the graphic design of the website, the menus, navigation buttons, the HTML code, and, in general, all the content and information that the User may access through the web pages of SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS are subject to industrial and intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks or copyright of SRI PUROHIT SWAMI WELLNESS or of third parties holding them. The parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve any dispute arising from the access and use of this website, its content and/or services, as well as the interpretation and compliance with these general conditions and any other contractual text contained on this website.
