Confidence is not about being fearless or having all the answers. It grows when we learn to trust ourselves even in moments of uncertainty. This retreat explores how greater self-awareness can help us move beyond fear, doubt and self-sabotaging patterns, developing the inner confidence to make clearer decisions, express ourselves authentically and move through life with greater freedom.

Everyone is welcome!
No previous experience is needed. The exercises are apt for all ages and fitness levels.
Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes.

Twin or double room: 430€ per person
Single room: 490€ per person
Prices include full board accommodation and all activities with Swamiji.
