Not everything we carry is physical. Stress, unresolved emotions, negative thought patterns, unhealthy habits and even our environment can gradually drain our energy and affect our wellbeing. This summer retreat is an invitation to recognise what no longer serves you, let go of what weighs you down and create space for greater energy, clarity and happiness.

Everyone is welcome!
No previous experience is needed. The course will include some simple breathing and stretching exercises but these are apt for all ages and fitness levels.
Please bring comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

Located just 10 minutes away from the centre of Córdoba, in the Brillante neighbourhood, the Exe Las Adelfas Cordoba offers elegant, colonial style accommodation, surrounded by shady gardens, palm trees, outdoor swimming pool and fully equipped reception and guest rooms.

Prices include full board accommodation and all activities with Swamiji.
Meals will be vegetarian. (Please be sure to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.)
COURSE DETAILS:
The retreat will begin at 5pm on Thursday 1st July 2027. We request that you arrive at 4pm to allow time for check in.
Sri Swami Purohit will give a welcome talk and the first session of the retreat before dinner is served, at 8.30pm.
On all other days the activities will start at 7am with a yoga session (no experience needed), before breakfast at 9am.
Sri Swami Purohit will continue his teachings from 12am to 2.30pm, with a short break mid morning.
Lunch will be served at 2.30pm after which students can enjoy some free time until 5pm, when teachings begin again until 8.30pm. There will also be a short break mid afternoon.
The retreat will finish after lunch on Sunday 4th July.
